The new version of CommandCTRL is live

CommandCTRL is a web-based SaaS real-time remediation solution that supports both Windows and macOS through a SaaS Control Plane, providing a comprehensive tool for managing and resolving issues. If you want to know more before reading, I have two blogs about CommandCTRL.


The new version is 1.1
and has some new and improved features like:

Licenses On Demand.
As organizations continuously adapt and evolve, increasing and adding seats on demand is crucial for customers and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). CommandCTRL offers licenses on demand. This flexibility means you only pay for what you need, when you need it, optimizing both efficiency and cost-effectiveness.


How can I set this up.

Go to Tenant.


Select Add Payment.


Select the payment of your choosing.


 Advanced Diagnostics with Windows Event Viewer Export.

CommandCTRL now features the ability to export data from the Windows Event Viewer for both real-time and retrospective analysis, empowering you to proactively manage your clients. export logs from the Windows Event Viewer, including application, security, and system logs.


Where can I find this feature?


Go to Diagnostics.


Select the logs you need in this case Application.


Click Archive.


CommandCTRL will collect the log.


And after this, you can download it.


Enhanced Trigger Management.
Customers will now be able to edit and customize threshold highlighting for various performance metrics. This feature applies to both real-time and historical data, allowing for personalized monitoring and alerting.

Streamlined Back-Office Workflow.
Significant improvements have been made to the back-office workflow to enhance efficiency and intuitiveness in processes such as onboarding new users and facilitating collaboration for existing ones. These enhancements provide a more seamless experience for new users and better support collaboration among existing users.

Improved Search Functionality.
Users can now search for UPNs using the search option located in the upper right-hand corner of the interface.

But wait, there's one more great feature to show. The dashboard provides a comprehensive view of the machine's health, enabling you to assist users with their problems more effectively.

 This can be done in real-time or by using the DVR function, allowing you to diagnose the history and resolve issues with greater precision.

CommandCTRL provides a comprehensive overview, enabling support desks to efficiently find issue resolutions. The depth of information, including session details, utilized protocols, and real-time statistics, greatly aids in thorough analysis and effective troubleshooting.
